So it’s Valentine’s Day! Let’s see how do I feel about this year’s V-Day… I’m pretty sure this picture by Brian Kaldorf should sum up how I feel about this year’s Valentine’s Day. Enough about me… Brain has been posting photos our the Photograview Flickr Group for over a year! He has created some very dynamic imagery that pops with his striking lighting and terrific choices of color. Continue reading

Greg (me) & Amelia (canon 30d), Photoblog
My friend Amy (amelia) who works for Ritz Camera, well Ritz is closing and they are having an everything must go sale. She sent me a text when the price of the $689 Canon 30d body dropped to $550. I replied and told her to hold it since they only had 2.
After I got off work I rushed up there and picked it up and this is one of the first photos I took with it. My Friend Amy, names her cameras. So I thought about it and decided to name my new camera after her cause with out her telling me about it, I wouldn’t have gotten it. Continue reading

Margot, Photoblog
Aloha Photograviewers! I’m going to share a photo with you that I took in early 2007 for the Harper’s BAZAAR/Canon Fashion Photography Award.
I took my friend and model, Margot, down to Luna Park in Sydney with a collection of old outfits, and set up the shots to look like photographs one would see in Harper’s BAZAAR. I did this by previously browsing through the magazine and noting the way the models are positioned, as well as the attention to detail in the foreground and background of the photographs. Self-Portrait “Black”, Photo Blog
So the other day I took this photo in hopes to make it on to Flickr’s Explore list for August 6h, 2008. However, that didn’t happen. Which is strange cause at the time of writing this I received more comments, favorites, and views in less amount of time than the last few photos in flickr’s explore list. Could some one please give me a little bit more in sight on getting on to Flickr’s Explore list? Continue reading
